The 116-year old Kansas Masonic Home is investing $22-million to completely transform its campus and its operations to better deliver on its brand promise: “designed to help your loved one love his/her life.” 

The transformation is occurring on three levels:   

  • Physical transformation: the campus
  • Philosophical transformation:  increased focus on assisted living and memory care.
  • Operational transformation: institution of a “household model” for senior living.       

The CIRCA 46 challenge is how to establish and maintain this message over a 2½-year period while the transformation is taking place?
